The states of Sudan enjoy vast areas and fertile pastures making them an attraction for investment for many business owners. Albasayir owns an area of 1000 rain irrigated hectares. Work is already underway converting them to organized irrigation by digging wells and conducting feasibility studies to implement projects pertaining to agriculture and stock. Albasayir already acquire a full customs exemption for the implementation of these projects.
Industry
Relying on the agricultural and livestock wealth of the land, Albasayir prepared studies to build food production factories as the second phase of investment. That basically depends on the production inputs owned by the company through agricultural and livestock investment. The objective for the state in which the projects are build is to be self-sufficient in food production, meat produce, leather, and apiaries and fodder.

Mission and objective
- The company targets the states outside the capital due the availability vast areas and fertile pastures.
- Distributing development and attracting foreign investments to the states to avoid centralization in the capital city.
- Contribute to raising the level of per capita income in the states through employment and participation in projects established by Albasayir.
- Making available necessary commodities within the state by founding factories that are dependent on production inputs owned by the state, that being the second stage in Albasayir’s investment.
- The contribution to health and environmental health issues. This is achieved by the investment and establishment of laboratories, diagnostic centers and supporting public hospitals in coordination with the respective authorities.
